Reservation Terms

Cancellation by Generations Getaway LLC. Generations Getaway LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time, before or during a stay, for any reason and at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to property damage, maintenance, repair or safety concerns, loss of habitability, utility or equipment failure, weather or other natural events, legal, regulatory, licensing or insurance requirements, suspected violation of these terms or the House Rules, or any material misrepresentation by the Guest.

If Generations Getaway LLC cancels a reservation, the Guest's sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of all amounts actually paid to Generations Getaway LLC for the affected reservation, issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. A cancellation before check-in is refunded in full; a cancellation during a stay is refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused nights.

Generations Getaway LLC shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense arising from such a cancellation, including without limitation airfare, transportation, alternative lodging, event, activity or ticket costs, lost wages, or any incidental, consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages. No relocation, rebooking or compensation obligation shall apply beyond the refund described above. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Florida law.

Payment. No payment is taken when you submit a request. Once Generations Getaway LLC confirms your dates, you will receive a secure payment request by email for a deposit of 50% of the total. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. If your arrival is already within 14 days at the time of confirmation, the full amount is payable then. Dates are not held until the deposit is paid, and a reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Generations Getaway LLC.

Guest cancellation. Refunds for Guest-initiated cancellations follow the published schedule: 30+ days before check-in — full refund; 14–29 days — 50%; 7–13 days — 25%; under 7 days — no refund.

House Rules

• No pets.
• No smoking of any kind — marijuana, tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, or any similar product that generates smoke or vapour. No parties or events.
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Self check-in with keypad code.
• Guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult.
• No bikes in the house — use the bike locker if available.
• No outdoor shoes on the carpet.
• Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maximum 4 overnight guests. Up to 2 additional daytime visitors are welcome between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. No unauthorized overnight guests.
• No parking on the street.
• Please leave the property in the condition you found it and dispose of all trash before checkout.
• Please lock all doors and ensure the back gate is secure when leaving the property.
